This song was written shortly after the Christchurch massacre. It is inspired by those events and the rise of neo-nazism/fascism and far-right nationalism in Australia. The lyrics point to the fact that white supremacy has a long tradition in this country due to the illegal acquisition of Aboriginal land that was the result of colonisation and the genocidal government policies that encouraged racist ideologies amongst the populace. Hence, "It's no surprise... colonial minds!"

You mobilise the militant right. Incite the fear in the fascist.
Another patriot pulling the trigger. To the victims you'll be pointing the finger. You sympathise with the murderous whites. It's no surprise, colonial minds!

Nostalgia for White Australia. Stronger borders, fear the foreign invader.
